Dynamic production scheduling based on confirmed orders, forecasts and raw material availability. Automatic rebalancing in case of last-minute variations.

IIoT sensors on temperature, time, weight, pH and water activity. Every deviation from the expected range generates a real-time alert with intervention protocol.

Sampling plans, microbiological checks, sensory analysis. All recorded digitally with signature and timestamp. Complete audit trail for every batch.
